Connecting

<aside> đź’ˇ You need to be a manager of your OpTonal organization in order to connect HubSpot.

  1. Navigate to the company settings of your OpTonal organization
    1. https://app.optonal.com/company/integrations/edit
  2. Click on the “Connect” button next to HubSpot
  3. Authorize the connection in the OAuth screen
  4. Done!

Disconnecting

  2. Click on the “Disconnect” button next to HubSpot
  3. Done!

Usage

Your sales calls with external participants will automatically be imported and processed in OpTonal. The association between calls and contacts, companies and deals is automatically built. You’ll then be able to push any OpTonal insights into HubSpot.
